WHEELER/BRAND MANAGEMENT COMPANY evolved from the name change of Wheeler/Kolb Management company in December 2010.  Tom Wheeler and Tom Kolb have been principal owners since 1985.  Tom Kolb retired in 2010 and his interest in the company was sold to Brand Morgan.

Wheeler/Brand Management Company has offices in Duluth and Waycross and has a staff of over 30 employees.

Wheeler/Brand Management Company has extensive experience in Management, Leasing, Construction, Land Sales and Development, and Financing.  Wheeler/Brand's owners have been successful in all phases of the shopping center and commercial real estate business since 1972.  Our property assignments include every type of retail center including:  Regional Malls, Power Centers, Neighborhood Centers, Theme Centers and Off-price Centers.
