Wheeler/Brand Management Company's Leasing Staff is one of its strengths.  We have lease contracts with nearly 700 Tenants many of which are National and Regional Retailers.  We maintain contact with all retailers interested in the Southeast. 

We advertise in national shopping center publications.  We attend all important International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) conferences, and have hosted, for over 20 years, a hospitality suite at the annual ICSC convention in Las Vegas.  Our historical emphasis has always been on leasing, and we feel that it is the most important component of shopping center management and financial success.
