THOMAS C. KOLB, Executive Vice President, has been in development, management and leasing of shopping centers since 1975. He began his career in shopping centers with Sizeler Realty Company in New Orleans where he worked in office and retail leasing. After five successful years, he joined Aronov Realty Company in Montgomery as Vice President of Leasing. He remained with Aronov for six (6) years where he was responsible, along with his staff of six leasing representatives, for the leasing of all of the Aronov Properties. During this time Aronov developed, owned and managed over 10,000,000 square feet of shopping center space. After this, he wanted to start his own company, so in 1985 he joined Tom Wheeler as a partner in Wheeler/Kolb Management Company.  Since that time, he has been responsible for leasing, managing and development of four (4) regional malls, as well as numerous new centers of all sizes and types, expansion of centers and redevelopment of centers throughout the Southeast.
