LOIS A. MITTIGA, Vice President, Property Management, has worked since 1982 in all phases of real estate. Her experience ranges from marketing and sales to managing 50 retail properties with nearly 700 tenants. She has been employed at Wheeler/Kolb Management Company in property management since 1985 and was appointed a corporate officer in 1995. Her management skills include budget preparation, revenue and expense analysis, assisting in coordinating multi-million dollar financing and construction packages, but most importantly, maintaining a highly professional relationship with nearly 700 tenants.
