RONALD W. FICZKO, Vice President - Leasing, has over 30 years of experience in shopping center leasing and management of predominantly community size centers, power strip centers, specialty strip centers and middle market malls, located extensively in and around the Atlanta area and throughout Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and the Carolinas.  He has negotiated leases with national anchor tenants and hundreds of national, regional and local small shop tenants.  His experience comes from working with fee management companies such as Balcor Property Management Company and The Oxford Group, as well as from developers such as Candler Development Company, Charter Properties, and Liles Development Company, where positions ranged from Leasing Representative to Director of Leasing.  He was employed by Wheeler/Kolb Management Company in 1992 to handle strip center leasing and is currently responsible for 17 properties.
