MICHAEL S. LOWREY, CSM - has worked in management, development and leasing of shopping centers for over 30 years.  Mike started with The Rouse Company and then became a partner with a Houston developer in the early 1980’s to develop several shopping centers in Texas.  He moved to Atlanta in 1986 and served as Regional Vice President for Equity Properties/First Capital Companies in charge of the Syndication Portfolio, including multiple malls, strip centers and office facilities from coast to coast.  In 1989 he became General Manager of Gwinnett Place Mall and has since managed and leased several landmark retail properties in north Atlanta including, Mall of Georgia and Town Center @ Cobb Mall.  Mike joined Wheeler/Brand Management Company in May of 2008.  He has been a licensed Georgia Real Estate Broker since 1993.
